EASE OF ORDERING

I've used Glens on several occasions - sometimes ordering in store - literally just a case of walking in, telling them what you want and paying - and online via the Euronics website.

PRODUCT RANGE

Good range considering the size of Bute

Glens carries a small stock of common items such as fridges, ovens and washing machines, for immediate collection. Our built-in over broke one Christmas eve a few years ago - a phone call at 11:30 to establish that they had something suitable in stock and by 12:30 the turkey was cooking! On the flip side, the Euronics range overall isn't as broad as some of the larger suppliers like AO or Appliances Direct. But then you have to consider the difficulties of getting deliveries whereas with Euronics it's a doddle, and free.

No issues with availability to date

If it's showing as in stock, it's available in a matter of a few days.

SPEED OF DELIVERY

Always delivered within a few days

Non-stock items have always been delivered within a few days. No complaints here.

Not always cheapest but also weigh up delivery

Euronics aren't usually the cheapest option but they are never far off, and with the ease of delivery and availability taken into consideration they can be described as fair. Other suppliers, if they deliver to Bute at all, soon whack on plenty of extras if you're not careful.
