Small shingle bay in Rothesay harbour popular since Victorian times due to its proximity to the town centre with all its facilities. Cheeky harbour seals often appear on rocks nearby.
There are public toilets at the putting green adjacent to the beach, or the Victorian Toilets on the pier near to the ferry loading ramp.
