Barfit is an instructor-supported workout for anyone looking to tone up. get fitter and stronger. Choose your own weights to work with aiming towards a light to moderate resistance, allowing you to achieve high repetitions to help stimulate muscles and achieve a toned look.
This is a regular event so we advise you to double-check with the organiser prior to making any commitments, especially around public and school holidays
Parking is on-street, but this is usually plentiful and free
Venue is within walking distance of the main bus station at Guildford Square (opposite the ferry terminal)
