Duties will include all aspects to cooking, preparing, cleaning, stock control, allergen records ect of the kitchen. Menu includes fresh cakes, scones, meringues, soups, various sandwich fillings on sandwiches, toasties, panini?s baked potatoes, burgers, chips, salads, pizzas and daily specials.

Cafe normally open 7 days a week between 12noon to 4pm between April to November plus 2 or 3 nights per week between 6pm to 9pm for pizza/burger nights during the summer months.

Position from May to November 2021 with option to return next season April 2022 to November 2022.
1st Cook/Baker = 20hours over 4 days per week.
2nd Cook/Baker = 15hours over 3 days per week.
An extra 12hours per week during the summer months to cover pizza/burger nights.
Plus the option of more hours during the summer months to extend hours to include brunch and more evenings for the right applicant.

On-Site residential caravan available for accommodation for employee from off the island to stay if needed while working, options for couples available.
