Water main burst causing pressure drop

Scottish Water have reported a suspected burst water main on Argyle Street which is causing a drop in pressure or no water supply for customers around the town, especially those at height.

Engineers are on their way to inspect and effect a repair. At the moment it is thought that a repair ought to be concluded in a timeframe that does not require the provision of bottled water although this situation may change following inspection.

There is no need to report the issue.
