Train Strikes 21/23/25 June
Network Rail members of the RMT (Rail, Maritime and Transport) union will be striking on 21st, 23rd and 25th June.
This means that safety-critical staff such as signals operators and track maintenance will not be working, and as such ScotRail will be unable to run the majority of its services.
Services to/from Wemyss Bay (and Largs, Greenock, Gourock etc.) are expected to be CANCELLED on these dates.
On the days following strike action (i.e. 22nd, 24th and 26th June) there may be delays/cancellations especially in the mornings caused by the lack of early-morning staffing at signal boxes and it may well be the afternoons before services return to timetable.
We will keep this article updated should the information change.
