Short-Term Lets: Have your say

Later this year a new licensing scheme is launched for Short-Term Lets (AirBnBs, traditional B&Bs, glamping pods etc.) and Argyll & Bute Council are seeking the views of operators and neighbours with respect to their draft policy.

There's a detailed online questionnaire where you can view the new policy and have your say.

All new short-term landlords will need to register (and pay for) a 3-year licence after 1st October 2022, and ALL existing landlords will need one in place by 1st April 2023.
