Job: Community Staff Nurse

The Bute Extended Community Care Team requires qualified nurses to join the nursing team to provide care to patients in their own homes and in a clinic setting. You will possess a wide range of skills including venepuncture, wound management, continence management, medication administration and end of life care and work as part of the wider team including OT, physiotherapy, GP practice and the reablement team. Shift pattern over 7 days, 08:30-22:00 bounds.
