New Look PA20!

Today we're delighted to introduce our NEW LOOK PA20 website which can now also be installed like an app!

Over the past two years since launch, we've noticed that more and more visitors are using the site from mobile devices - in fact that total is now averaging around 85%. Whilst our original site design worked quite well on phones and tablets, it was always primarily a "desktop" site, better suited for full-sized displays and laptops.

So, after taking account of user feedback and reviewing which were the most-used and least-used parts of the old website, today we are launching our "mobile-first" version of PA20 which aims to give much faster and more intuitive access to our growing range of content to those who are driving the site using the fingers and thumbs rather than a mouse and keyboard!

If you are running on a capable device, such as a relatively modern Android or IOS phone or tablet, you'll be offered the chance to install on your home screen just like an app. This means you can hop straight into the website in future with one single button, and it will also run full-screen without all the browser stuff littering the screen.

Throughout February we'll be introducing some small tweaks here and there to improve performance and ensure that the site also works well for our dwindling number of large-display users.
