Spring COVID booster program
The practice will be commencing its spring COVID-19 booster program shortly
This is for:
- residents in care homes for older adults
- adults aged 75 years and over (or will turn 75 by 30 June 2023)
- people aged 5 years and over with a weakened immune system
The practice will inviting those eligible very soon, but if you are in the eligible groups listed above you can book now.
Patients who are housebound will be contacted by the Community Nurses.
The spring booster dose will usually be offered around 6 months (and no less than 3 months) after your last dose of the vaccine.
Contact the health centre to book your slot. Clinics are taking place on Tue 18, Thu 20, Fri 21, Tue 25, Thu 27, Fri 28 April and Fri 5, Thu 11, Fri 12 May.
